The rooms where very nice and also the staff, the only thing pulling down the rating is that it says 24/7 reception and since this is also an airport hotel, people checking out at all hours so be common. But when i was down to check out early in the morning I waited for 15 min without any staff present. Hade to leave the card by the inside of the desk with a post-it note. Not ideal

Clean and nice hotel. Staff are exceptional! I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder.
