It’s located on a beautiful scenic road. The room was nice and clean. It has a small kitchen, stocked with everything you need to make a meal.

Lovely location nestled in the beautiful hills and only minutes from town. Spacious and clean…it has everything we needed including a crackling fireplace on a chilly autumn night. Super fun and cozy!

We stayed here only one night and continued our trip to Vermont the next morning. Plenty of parking and easy to check in. Have all kitchen amenities we need. Close to many attractions and the Kancamagus highway and Franconia Notch state park. So worth the money. I definitely stay here again.

Condo was awesome. We only stayed the night but wish we could have taken advantage of all the amenities. We tried to check in early but room was not ready. The girl at the desk said she would call us when it was ready but we didn't receive a call. Check in after hours was very easy.

Great location but the property needs some help. Bed were uncomfortable with springs poking into you from the mattress. Fireplace was also changed out from an actual propane one to very fake looking electric one. Check in and out were easy. Did not go to the pool but was told by the front desk there is a heated one available. Be aware that if you are not on the ground floor you will need to carry your stuff up a set of stairs as there are no elevators or handicap access to the upper floors.

We were giving a room with dirty towels and when my husband touched the fireplace it fell apart in his hands. They did give us a 2nd room. The towels had a horrible smell to them. Basically no ladder into the pool. Bedroom was cold all night. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend!

Pool hrs make it virtually impossible to use th pool !…website info doesn’t match a lot of things at the complex.. very misleading. Fireplaces not working should be listed on website..big disappointment to the wife.. Poland fireplace are why we pick resorts!!!!

The rooms are nice, the staff almost seems inconvenienced by you needing to check in. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am. The pool area is only open until 6 pm most nights and 7pm the other 3 nights. If you are only there 1 night you may not even get a chance to use the amenities.

Loved the location, so close to Loon and staff was great! Condo was very nice. Only there for one night. It was cold (obvi because January in NH mountains) the baseboard heaters worked but needed multiple layers to sleep-would have appreciated additional blankets in the closets. The pool and hot tub building was nice - its separate from all the buildings and its own business so it has different hours . Overall I would stay again, for more nights and bring some blankets.
