This cute room with comfortable double bed and new bathroom, and sink area was perfect for our overnight stay. It is close to the beach, and great area for walking as well as close to many stores and restaurants. The staff was very attentive, texting us our codes and emergency numbers if we needed help at any time, which we really appreciated! This was a wonderful stay for my husband and I, we will definitely stay there again!

The resort was lovely and the rooms were clean and updated albiet on the smaller side. I would recommend you bring your own mirror as the only one in the room is so small and so far away from the sink you'd have toget up and sit on it to do your hair or makeup. Be nice if they provided a second mirror on the wall.

Room was small and sparse, but relatively cheap compared to other options and perfect for our purpose: a place to sleep and shower. Room was super-clean, wi-fi worked well, there were plenty of walkable food options nearby, and parking was easy. Great place to stay for winter skiing at Apex!

I’ve stayed at Kettle Valley several times, it’s our go to stay in Penticton. We like the convenience and the history of the place. Very cute and comfortable.

Room was clean and updated. Self check in was easy. I loved that the property was close to the lakeshore. You could tell it was an older building that had been renovated (smaller room compared to modern hotels) but that’s part of the charm. We just stayed 1 night and it was perfect for the price.

Great location right off the beach with so many dining options. walkable... clean renovated classic motel/hotel from years gone by with plenty of charm and polite and very responsive staff. You could live there!!

I would suggest a door mat inside. Also coat hooks on the wall by the front door.. I brought my own clip-on lamp to light up the sink and stove area. I would also recommend a small lamp on the on the table (or a lamp stand in the corner of the room) to create a warm atmosphere other than just the overhead light in the room.. the old saying.. “lighting is everything” in a small room.

We had a wonderful weekend. It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved walking along the lake each day and then enjoying a coffee at the Sociale right at the resort. Staff was very friendly.

Great location on lakeshore drive and loved that your door code is provided to you ahead of your stay so you don’t need to check in. Overall the place has had a nice renovation for these older Penticton motels. The room itself was an awkward shape and had very few plug outlets. Couldn’t charge your phone beside the bed or use the hair drying my the bathroom sink/mirror. The pillows and bed were also very uncomfortable.

Very nice place to stay. Was weird not seeing anyone. It was all done electronic. We got quick responses when we asked questions. So it was good that way. Not seeing anyone was odd for us.
