For that price don't be surprised

Check in staff was super nice. The room had a musty smell to it. Stains on the carpet. Beds are super soft. Bathroom was totally out dated and needs some deep cleaning.

Disappointed, dreadful, disrespected

This hotel was not in very good shape. Many of the issues could've been easily taken care of. The continental breakfast was very limited, consisting of toast, mini muffins, cold cereal, coffee and orange juice. The women who worked at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The man who worked the front desk was extremely rude. During breakfast, he sat in the breakfast area and vaped. My husband said "You do realize you're inside" to which the man loudly and angrily said "It's MY hotel." My husband said that he shouldn't be vaping here to which the man replied "Write a review!" As we finished eating and left the breakfast area, he made some rude comments about us to his friend.

There were bed bugs which I made the manager aware of with the sheet which he refused to look at and handed me fresh sheets for me to put on my self. I have pictures and videos of the bugs and. It's on my legs and arms

Have used Super 8 for decades but doubtful again. Never told no elevators in hotel. My spouse is severely visually compromised. We were on the third floor. Room was 87° on arrival and no a/c going. Wall had a patched hole with plaster still on carpet. Bathtub was so old beyond ever being clean, TV required staff to get turned on as "we have problems". After spending our first night realized sheets were not clean with gross stains. When I stripped bed staff came up later and left a set of sheets...I made the bed. Unbelievable!!! If you want pictures you better believe I can substantiate my allegations!!

Hotel stunk from the point I walked in hotel employee was smoking a cigarette out front and waited to finish it before he came and checked me in at 10 PM smelled weed walking down my hallway on the second floor drywall patch marks all over my room with no paint on them Just a disgusting place.
