This is a beautiful hotel. We absolutely love getting to stay here when we come for shows at the Warfield. The hotel bar and re estaurant is amazing, too. Staff is always great. Wish there was a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby to use. Makes it nice to warm up leftovers.

What an amazing place. Seems new/newly renovated. Great decor, comfy rooms w/ great amenities, very prompt and helpful staff, Convenient location. Coffee shop is also great, and I’m a stickler for my cappuccino. The bar in the 13th floor was so nice. Beautiful and comfy furniture, fireplace, great drinks. It is on the edge of the Tenderloin, so as long as you stay on the Market Street side you are ok.

Great stay overall. The hotel has a stylish, modern feel and everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet with an excellent bed, and the location is perfect for the theater district and exploring downtown San Francisco. The staff was great! Shout-out to Aaron at the front desk who helped us check in. Rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Location was great, plenty of restaurants and shops around to explore. Valet parking was nice as well, finding parking is always such a chore so having parking available thru the hotel is a major plus! Overall great stay and experience. We will definitely come back in the future!
