Buena experiencia. Había leído algunos comentarios acerca de las instalaciones especialmente de los baños que me hizo dudar, pero llegando al hotel no me tocó ningún inconveniente, me llamaron para confirmar mi llegada y la hora, el lugar es tranquilo, la habitación es tal cual en las imágenes, muy linda. Hay personal al pendiente a todas horas y la entrega de la habitación sin mayor trámite. Me gustó y sí volvería.

It's a good location since its a 10 min walk to all the clubs and stuff. BUT there's a reason they don't post pictures of the restroom, the showers are not that tourist friendly. The time that we were there they were doing construction next door so we couldn't sleep for 2 days it was horrible. You are better off getting a room for half the price at Comfort Inn.

Room was very spacious and location was just OK, but a long walk to "downtown". The beds did not have top sheets, and the bathroom had a strong odor coming from the shower area. There were no towel bars or anywhere to put bathroom items, since the sink was mounted on a plywood platform. In general, I have recently stayed in nicer hotels at half the price which we paid for the Verde, but others were booked at the time we requested.

It was very clean and orderly. Staff so kind. Close to downtown and marina and great restaurants. Very loud and noisey. Preschool across the street all day with blowhorn, busses and trucks very busy street all night.

The beach was only a10 minute walk. It was close to the strip. It was walking distance to Calle Hidalgo it was really close to the main strip of everything. Close to the bus that would take you to San Jose. Buses start att 4:45am run every 15 minutes. The bus will take you to airport for $5 usd a deal! Wi-Fi didn’t always work but the tv you tube channel always worked but Wi-Fi for my cell wasn’t always a good signal but I would get Wi-Fi at all the restaurants and the ice cream shop the next street over heading to the strip. A tall green building you can’t miss. They have Wi-Fi and good ice cream!

Terrible hotel- worse for solo travel DISHONEST

Terrible hotel- unsafe option for solo travel. Dishonest- they said that they would give my money back (twice and also to my booking agency) and they did not. I arrived to no check in, no welcome. There were no amenities, (no hand towel, towel rack, coffee). there were holes in the towel. Dirty wet cramped bathroom floor and a spooky dirty ‘smoking room’ adjoining the room. Lots of loud street noise. No security - no ID on checking in and poor door locks. And as nobody was there when I arrived at the broom closet that serves as reception, I could have walked right in. The only reason to use this hotel is if you are a group of people with a car that wants to share beds and crash for the night. I am not that fussy, but there are plenty of friendly welcoming and less expensive options in Cabo San Lucas!
