Always stay at this hotel, 3 to 4 times a year. Always have good service, but the last two visits have not been so. Coffee is a tremendously important part of my morning, and the last two trips there has been no coffee available. The first time I had to wait about 30 minutes while they prepared more. On this last trip, after waiting that long, I finally gave up, and had to leave the hotel to go get coffee that day. There used to be someone working the breakfast area and making sure everything was out, clean, and in place, but on both of these occasions there has not been. If this is a cut back in staffing, it was the wrong place to cut!
