2/10 Poor

It was so run down
Joe, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We were supposed to stay five nights. We left after the second night. We could not get a refund but left anyway. We had to climb 115 stairs to our room. Narrow stairs, dirty carpet, with shaking hand rails. No a/c so we opened our windows and rats came in and ate our snacks. The shower would not drain so we had to use the water quickly so not to overflow the shower.

DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!!!
Simon, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Close around the corner from railway. Budget accommodation
Michelle, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staff were lovely and inviting, the local area is beautiful and everything you need is within arms reach. For the price, you really can't complain.
Benjamin, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is convenient to Earls Court station. However, the rooms are very tiny and the bathrooms dirty. There is also no lift which is difficult if you have to carry large suitcases up and down three flights of stairs
Michelle, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location close to tube. Was able to check in early. Room a decent size, good value.
Colin, 1-night trip

Quick click

Quite place to stay for quick checkouts
Saikiran, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

2 Star Hotel. No Food on site although plenty cafes etc around the area. Very Basic rooms and bathroom but good enough and comfy beds just to use as a cheap room with No Frills. All stairs and No lift
David, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

This establishment is close to everything, especially the train station, accessible to everything, like restaurant and grocery you won't be hassled. Good to stay here.

One of the Worst in Earl's Court

When I made the reservation, I was more concerned the location and failed to spend much time with the previous guest comments. Don't make the same mistake: lots of steep stairs, foul smelling bathroom, hungry bedbugs (or their relatives), no soap (for shower), all-black rooms, front desk not manned 24/7. The Wi-Fi and TV were OK.
Jonathan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good with the price paid.
Wei, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It is a okay place to stay on a budget. The location made it easy to get around the London.
Dana, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Reception staff were hanging about outside when I arrived. Took a few minutes to find my booking. Room was on the fifth floor and building has no lift. Complimentary water, tea and coffee but no fridge for a cold drink. Fire doors on staircase were wedged open. Shower door was broken and shower was dirty. Good location for Underground.
Julie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Hotel has a bad bed bug and cockroach problem. If I could have scored zero - I would have. There is no safety here as homeless people sleep in the lobby and the locks on the door are flimsy at best - the handles are totally broken too. Stains on floor, bedding and walls -Avoid. Hotels.com should not be advertising this hotel- it’s unsafe and infested.
Caroline, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I did not stay in this hotel. When I got there it had mould in it and stank. There was water running through a spot light in the corridor. The mattress was spring. I had to leave as it was that bad
Luke, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not worth the overpriced room

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room was poor. The shower was broken, and there were numerous stains on the carpet and walls. It was impossible to reach anyone through the contact phone number. I was fortunate that two other guests happened to open the main entrance at night, as the access code I was initially given was incorrect.
3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and it shows from the moment you step inside. Building materials were scattered in the lobby and in the basement, where our room was located. We booked this as a last-minute alternative due to an issue with another hotel, but had we known the true state of the property, we would have looked elsewhere. The rooms are extremely basic and outdated, with minimal furniture and no bedside lamp—making even a nighttime trip to the bathroom inconvenient. More concerning, we saw a cockroach on the stairs, which confirms the pest issues mentioned in other reviews. Aside from its convenient location near the tube, the hotel offers very little in its current state. It would serve guests far better if the owners completed renovations—and addressed the pest problem—before continuing to take bookings.

Bring a fan

On the 5th floor with no lifts (I should have checked). Promised a fan, it was broken. No one in reception to raise the issue with. Slept in extreme heat. Room was clean. Location is great and stay was affordable for the location.
Sarah, 1-night trip

BED BUGS. NOT KID SAFE

BED BUGS and not kid safe! We came home with bed bug bites!! Had to tear apart all the luggage and sterilize everything we took to this hotel. I asked management fix the window and the door where the child safety latches were broken. The simply put the broken window sill back into place- without repairing it. DEFINITELY NOT UP TO CODE. Also there were 2 other guests in the lobby when I wA checking out waiting for management for over an hour so they could have their grievances addressed.
3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location right next to Earls Court Station. Only negative is it's 5 stories with no elevator. Staff member was super helpful.
Timothy, 2-night trip

Dump

Dirty, run down . Rooms tiny . Stairs narrow and crooked. Rooms stick of drains
Robin, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Awful Would never recommend Got locked out No staff on site Dangerous Dark
Cayden, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I don’t usually do reviews but had to for this one. Well, where do I start. If you like the smell of sewerage and filth, showers that don’t drain water, and no one to meet you at reception then this hotel is highly recommended.
Michael, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Needs a refurb.

Good location, friendly reception. Room No.2 Ground Floor. Bathroom clean and adequate. Bedroom clean but requires a major refurb, the bed mattress was very poor and uncomfortable. We needed a hotel on a budget this was just about ok.
