The condo was clean however the master bedroom bathroom didn't have a door which was very unusual. The condos are located on the beach. I didn't like that there was construction going on and I wasn't given the heads-up.

This was a very quiet place. The beach wasn't crowded just a bit windy. The residents we meet were very helpful with things to do and places to eat. Our room was clean and had a good view. I think anything above the 4 floor has a better view. Our room faced a full view of the water. Several rooms had side views.

We were put in a the area where construction was going on. We were woke up every morning to knocking and banging. We didn’t have access to the balcony. The pull out couch was also broken but other than that we felt safe and the hotel was clean

Well where do i even start . We got there early so we called to see if maybe we could get checked in earlier and the host said that it was not clened yet and to call back in a hour so we did and still not showing cleaned yet to call back in a hour then we did that 3 times so we go at that point it was 4 pm and time to check in and housekeeping was there cleaning our unit at this point we are not happy , we didn't get in our unit until almost 4:30 and on top of all that they sent me the wrong code to unlock the unit so we had to call again and get the right code, as we go in i had to take pictures of all the damages because i did not want to be charged for someone else's. Cracked flooring the master bedroom had a bathroom with no door on it you absolutely had no privacy, no water pressure at all to take a shower , we had to clean the drain to get all the hair out so we wouldn't be standing in water , it was disgusting. Dirty dishes in the cupboard no filters for your coffee maker we basically had to go to the store they didn't even have salt and pepper , no pot holders not even a pizza pan and they only give you one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom if you needed more you had to go ask for it on a translator. And lastly what got us the most was i was traveling with my Sister the has a lot of health issues and that has trouble walking long distance and the elevator on our side was broken , so we had to walk all the way to ther other end , i will not be stay here again

Was not given the room I promised. Room had a lot of issues Anywhere from stained carpet to marks on the wall to broken furniture. Not very well taken care of. No chain at the door for safety. It’s broken. For a a bunch of money spent for almost a week it should have been in better shape and the picture you sent me of the unit was NOT what I got. Very decentful. And misleading
