Giunti al palazzo san Giovanni, non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception. Dopo aver atteso arriva una ragazza, che guardava il cellulare e in pochi minuti ci ha liquidati alle camere senza alcuna professionalità. Entrati in camera, abbiamo trovato : Caccole alle pareti accanto al letto Bagno sporco Lenzuola ancor peggio. Dopo aver cercato con gran fatica qualcuno a cui esporre la situazione, la ragazza di cui sopra ci offre il cambio camera. Nella nuova camera , il bagno ancora risulta sporchino e l'acqua calda assente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno successivo. La colazione è povera, la ragazza al bar compensa con la sua gentilezza. Nei giorni successivi a quanto accaduto, nessuno del personale, in qualche modo, ha cercato di rimediare, neanche con frasi " formali". Mi spiace molto per il terribile soggiorno, la struttura è davvero meravigliosa e le camere molto belle (trascurate però), per giunta è ubicata al centro della città, per i ragazzi o per chi è senza macchina il punto è strategico. Manca una gestione professionale che accolga , gestisca e che faccia venire voglia di ritornare. Peccato davvero.
