I booked this hotel with hotels.com when arrived to the property they told me i had to pay for my deposit with the same card i made my booking (VISA CASHAPP CARD) ,but when i arrived to the hotel they told me they dont accept that type of card, and that i needed to pay for my deposit with that card in order to use the hotel room and that the hotel was also non refundable, i even asked to pay in cash willing to loose the deposit, it was 2 Am when i arrived to san antonio with a 2year old. Never again using this 3rd parties to book. The hotel blamed me for not calling before to ask if they accept VISA CASHAPP CARD, this is something Hotels.com and AC MARRIOTT Need to tell their customers so they can be aware before making any purchase, this ruined my night, my little vacation, I lost $170 and I also had to look for another hotel at 2am after a long drive. DONT GO THERE.
