Room had bugs in it. dirty room wasn’t cleaned. Hair in the shower and the floor was caving in with MOLD. Didn’t stay actually, went to the front desk and showed him the pictures and he gave me my money back. Hotel was STINKING

The only plus about this hotel was it had plenty of parking. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car than staying in this hotel. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke and the air conditioner was broke so we moved. That room wasn’t much better. The carpets were nasty. The air conditioner was barely working. This hotel in my opinion is nothing but a party hotel ,the total upkeep is terrible. Do not stay here unless you like wasting $162. The Wyndham name used to carry some prestige with me,not anymore Wyndham do better.

Room had no coffee/ tea maker, the tv remote was so sticky I put it in a plastic bag, alarm clock didnt work and had wires coming out of the top. Blow dryer didnt fit in its holder and had looked like grease on the coil. Toilet paper holder was broken and wouldn't hold roll. Sink wouldn't stop dripping.

Very unhappy with my two day stay in NC. Not sure where to begin. The clerk was on another planet when we checked in. The no smoking policy is not enforced at all. If you like sticky bathroom floors, this place is for you. Broken outlet covers and damaged USB outlets were present. Many of the other guests seem to have never stayed anywhere but at their home. Loud hall conversations at 2am were enough to destroy a good nights sleep. Cheap comes at a heavy price in this hell hole.

I got to the hotel at 4 am. The attendant said it’s after 2 there’s nothing I can do for you. My paperwork said check in til 6:30 am. They wanted to charge me an extra 20.00 to check in late after I had already paid for the room. I would need recommend.

This place is run down. If you like to sleep through the night I wouldn’t stay here. My room was next to the side door out to the parking lot. You hear the door open and slam all night and morning long. Also people put a rock in the door to keep it open leaving the hotel open to anyone off the street to come it. The room was not very clean. There was some smeared on the inside of the door.

My recent stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. I was placed in a room with no heat or air in the middle of winter. I spent the entire first night freezing because I assumed I was doing something wrong. The next morning, the front desk informed me that the room should have been out of order and never assigned to a guest. 2. I was checked out after the first night of my two‑night stay without my permission. They claimed it was a mistake, but because they had already issued a refund for the second night, I was forced to pay for that night again and wait five days for my own money to be returned. That is completely unacceptable. 3. When I arrived after a long trip, the lobby bathroom was out of order, so I couldn’t even use the restroom before checking in. Despite all of these issues — the freezing room, the billing mistake, the inconvenience, and the hotel’s own admitted errors — I was offered absolutely no compensation. Not even an apology that felt sincere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an underwhelming, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from start to finish.
