So many things wrong with this room. Smoke alarm was hanging by just its wires. Everything in the bathroom was dirty. Black smudges on everything. Ceiling paint chipping with mold as well. Air conditioner was unclean with a gross, unpleasant smell when on. Would never stay here again.

Please read, I am sure I will get a generic response of thanks for the feedback and we'll pass it on so to improve. If that were true based on previous ratings I would not be sharing part of this review. I am beyond disappointed with the room. The expectation is to be able to come into a clean room. Our room had a old damp musky smell almost mildewish smell. It was overwhelming and we had to get air freshener to make it bearable. The bathroom door had big holes that were poorly patched up. Over by the phone desk was a red stain on the carpet that yes resembles a blood stain, Yikes! On one side of one of the beds around the base were what most likely semen stains. Beyond gross. Around the tub has black mold patches. The clock radio seems to have never been cleaned due to the dust build-up. It also for an old ipod so for sure from the 90s or early 2000s. I would not stay there ever again just because of how bad the room was. My positive is why I am giving a 3 star. The staff was AMAZING. everyone said hello in some way. Checking in we had Arthur at the front desk. It was a late check-in. He was amazing. Arthur made the 1st part of our stay so easy and pleasant. He is for sure one of the best parts of Comfort Inn. The food was good. The eggs always fresh. It was the exact same thing of eggs, sausage links and potatoes each morning. Would have been nice for a change but it was always hot and fresh. The kitchen staff made the beginning of day great each day.

Leah checked us in and was amazing!! She was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel itself could use a little updating but it was clean and we slept good. Hot tub and pool were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed here for two nights. The lady at the front desk both evenings was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed visiting with her. She baked more cookies for my kids. We had a suite with two rooms which was so nice for our family. We could have our own room and even got a king bed!

Disappointed

This was a disappointing stay at a comfort inn that had high ratings. The property wasn’t very clean. A guest spilled sticky breakfast items in the elevator on Saturday and this stickiness was there the entire weekend. The room seemed older and worn down. The breakfast was the worst that I’ve ever had in my experience of traveling. The person in charge of refilling and cleaning in the breakfast area was not staying on top of things. Pretty much as soon as food was put out, it was gone and not replaced for a while. I would not recommend staying at this Comfort Inn but that is not a reflection of the other Comfort Inns in which I’ve stayed.

Affordable

Location: The stay was okay but the location doesn’t have food available after 10pm that delivers to the hotel part from McDonalds, KFC and Burger King. Breakfast: The breakfast needs major improvement's. The waffle maker and juice machine need also improvements. The waffles were getting stuck and the juice machine dispenser was faulty. Pool/Jacuzzi: this was fantastic and very clean. Vending Machines: Non-working, need new ones. Affordability: if you’re tight on income this is a choice compromised.
