Good place to rest up

Good clean room, quiet area, responsive management nothing to complain about. Our south facing room had a nice view of the nearby mountains, ended up staying a second night to avoid a high wind situation around Las Vegas

Tear the Place Down

This motel should be torn down and replaced. It has not been maintained. It wouldn't pass a safety inspection by the State. The floor is weak and flimsy, hot water doesn't work, bed is terrible, spider webs in the window, refrigerator didn't work and much more.

Not the cleanest bathroom. Never found the ice machine. WiFi NEVER worked. Loved how quiet the area is. Really enjoyed seeing the stars and that everything was walkable.

My room had lukewarm trickling water. The sink was clogged. They claimed to provide Wi-Fi, but it did not cover my room. I told the person that seemed to be running the place, but he completed dismissed me in a contemptuously rude manner even though I had walked around the area by my room and it did reach about one room over in either direction. The blanket on the bed was very flimsy and there was no extra blanket in the room. There was no front desk attendant available about a third of the time during the day. When he was there, he seemed disgusted to be bothered. I received no bill and when I checked my credit card, I was charged an extra $30 dollars for no apparent reason. This is absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life and I have stayed in some real dumps.

Bugs everywhere, no light in the bathroom, loud people at 10:30pm, 11:30 and 4:30am. No phones or way to contact the hotel. Still waiting for someone to answer to get a refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Room was 106 degrees when we arrived so we turned on the A/C and went to get something to eat. 1 1/2 hours latter we came back to the room and the A/C wasn't working. Went to the manager and asked for another room with working A/C. We were told that the A/C works in that room and we just needed to let it run. He was VERY RUDE. When I told him that the A/C had been running for over an hour and that I wanted another room or my money back. Then he made us take a room up-stairs when we needed a handicap room on the ground floor. He did that out of spite because the hotel was almost empty. In that room it was 106 degrees also. We turned on the A/C and it worked. It took almost 5 hours to get that room cool enough to go to sleep in. There are 15 other hotels in this town...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
