The housekeeping team does a good job and the room is kept clean, which I appreciate. However, there are some basic hotel management details that are disappointing. The bathroom is very small, and the sink faucet is positioned right at the edge of the hand-washing area, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, charging guests for bottled water in the room is not what one would expect from a hotel at this level. These details give the impression of a lack of understanding of proper hospitality standards.

Very fast Housekeeping response for iron and board plus minor sink plug issue. Fridge, safe, kettle, toiletries. Good lifts. Well served by taxis, good 12a bus service for downtown and supermarket nearby. Free Zoological & Botanical garden a few mins walk away.
