Staff were great and helped with everything we needed! Room was very clean and we had an amazing view! Had all the amenities we needed and was very easy to find. The only downside was the mattresses, they were very hard and quite uncomfortable for someone who likes to sleep on soft memory foam.

We were staying only one night which is unfortunate because they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite on the 18th floor for no charge (elevators are a bit slow). The room was well appointed though a bit dated in terms of bathroom facilities - everything was in working order just a bit past its prime. Very spacious room and nice view of the botanical zoo. We checked in late and unfortunately missed the cut off time (10:30?) for on-site breakfast and had to go nextdoor for a pricier meal
