Bedframe broken, slow and bad communication

As I have feared, before booking and seeing in the reviews about the bedframe being unstable and broken, it has happened on the first night out of four nights of stay. I even reached out and called to request, confirm and make sure about the bed. I should've noticed the first sign from the call speaking with customer service with an aggressive Indian lady not even addressing my concerns and just giving excuses about random reviews. The communication has been the worst throughout the stay. Wasn't able to get in touch people at first not until the next morning. But then had to go through several different numbers and contact points, no answer, connecting messages and even with emails etc. My family are in town for a few days of all-day events until very late, so changing rooms is extremely inconvenient and not preferable. And we don't have time to call back the time since we're out all day. Eventually was told via text about going to their office in the same building. Went there on third day a few times and it was closed with sign with a number, called and just went to voicemail. In the end, was talking to at least three different people and was told about compensation for two days as we've requested it. Was told about a confirmation email about that too which I have yet to receive after several days. Was told originally that the process will take at least two weeks with their billing. Will update as this goes along. Save yourself the trouble and for peace of mind, avoid this

This place exceeded my expectations. It is well equipped with everything a person may need eg: shampoo, conditioner, trial size laundry detergent, dish detergents, pots pans, eating itensils, and even a mixing bowl that was greatly needed to make my grandchildren a cake. The bed is super comfy...just loved it. I chose Global Suites to rest and relax and I was able to do just that! I will defefinitwly book again....

Our DC trip

We had a wonderful stay at Global Suites. The rooms were clean, the kitchen had supplies for cooking and even had good instructions for tv, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. We requested a new coffee machine and Bushra and her staff responded immediately with a new coffee maker. The service Bushra and her staff provided was excellent and made our stay relaxing and worry free. The mattresses were comfortable and the linens supplied were clean and good quality. I will definitely recommend this property to my family members who are planning a trip here in March. I rate this facility a 5.0 out of 5.0. We’re looking forward to our next visit and will definitely rebook at this facility again!

Very expensive for what was offered. There was no cleaning service throughout the stay, and no one reached out for communication or support. There was also no reception available, which made it hard to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Great for Families

Cohabitating with my family of four in the spacious two- apartment proved to be an ideal living arrangement. The apartment featured an ample bathtub suitable for my children, a compact dining table for meals, and a small desk that accommodated my work requirements during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to families, as it offers significantly more space compared to a standard hotel. Additionally, the location was exceptional.

Loved the apartment- everything was very clean, good amenities, beds were comfortable, and location was perfect for our business needs. Comfortably Modern, with Room for Improvement

our stay at Global Luxury Suites at Capitol Hill was generally pleasant and the property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located. The apartment was well-equipped and met our expectations in terms of space and amenities. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. First, the door access app took over two hours to set up and required assistance from the property manager, which was inconvenient after a long trip. Also, at one point, we and three other guests got stuck at parking level 2 because there was no cellphone signal, and the touchpad for manual code entry was broken—it didn’t pause long enough to let anyone enter an access code manually. Another important note: the Metro runs very close to the building and is quite loud. Light sleepers might find it disruptive, especially early in the morning. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with great potential, but a few technical improvements could make a big difference.

Granted we got there early, but at 400 pm check in time, our room wasn’t ready until like 440pm. And it’s not a typical check in you have to find there office in this building, that’s actually a condominium place that the company has a certain amount of rooms in the building that they rent out, things aren’t labeled the best. The representative that was onsite told us where the office was instead of stopping to talk to us, the lady in the office just called him. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Bad experience

Awful experience. We had to add a day and had inquired about staying in the same room. Told not possible so we were going to have to check out and then wait 4 hours to check in. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to waive over an hour. When asked about compensation. No answer. Emails to the property were ignored. Asked for a late check and told not possible even though we had to wait to check in. Overall horrible experience which is too bad since it is a nice property.
