Our flight home was canceled so we chose this because it was close to the airport and had a free airport shuttle. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental. Very basic. Supermarket within walking distance. The main complaint is that the shower was in the bathroom without a shower curtain or anything to separate the shower from the toilet and sink. Showering caused everything to get wet.

I was told to call once I clear customs and I did. Was told to wait at arrivals and the shuttle will pick me up. Instead, it drove pass me. When I called again, I was told the shuttle would be there to pick me up once it drops that load. All I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle. From what I saw the hotel was decent. Due to the wait time, I arrived there at night and left early in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was nice too.

Honestly not a bad stay for a short time. Definitely what you pay for. Wasn’t the cleanest, nor the best maintained. But the Fijian hospitality was strong. The chicken curry was delicious! Breakfast was unimpressive but sustaining. I’d seen many reviews about bed bugs but I checked and it looked okay. The beds definitely have seen some things. A quick stay is fine and the team were lovely to us.

Worst hotel ever. They says they provide airport shuttle and promised to pick from airport but they won’t . I waited 2 hrs , called them, they will be like on the way and finally after 2 hrs took taxi. They won’t even provide drinking water. When you ask them they are like you can buy from the restaurant. Shower in washroom not working properly. While check in they told breakfast is at 7 after breakfast they will drop at airport. Then at night they called and told bus is at 6 am to airport so if I want to go to airport I should skip breakfast. And the worst part is that no WiFi in room. Can you imagine a 3 star hotel with no WiFi. They are like if you want to use WiFi sit in the reception and use. This place won’t provide any services they boast about. Worst hotel ever. Not recommending to anyone.
