A little disappointed….

I had rented a premium room and when i called the hotel to let them know i was going to be late getting there i was told they would leave the key in the room and leave the room unlocked and then gave me the room number. This was fine with me. Well i then received a call saying that the room they gave me was wrong and that they would have to change it, do to the fact someone was sleeping in it. They had no more premium rooms and would have to downgrade me. And they had no upgrades to give me. This frustrated me some do to the fact that me and my wife was trying to get away to the mountains for the weekend.

Weathering the storm

Here is the most important fact, when you find yourself in a spot where you need help you will have people that that will do their job and not go above and beyond to help and you will have people that will do everything in their power to help you. People at Inn at Shady Lawn helped us when the storm didn’t make roads passable and went above and beyond for solutions for us until the roads became passable. We should all try to live our lives this way no matter what our circumstances are. Thank you all for helping us weather the storm… literally!!!

Great stay!

The Inn was great! We were in a king suite that was huge. Great living room area and big comfy king bed. Plenty of room with nice touches for us and our pup. The staff was fantastic.

Booked a room for me and some friends while snowboarding around 6pm we show up around midnight and we’re greeted by a very intoxicated man who claims to had called the boss and then told us no rooms were available after we had already paid 150$ for our room and said their was nothing he could do to help us and then recorded us the whole way back to our car, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I’ve never left a review on anything before.
