Great, safe, comfortable corporate hotel

This new, modern hotel is excellent to use as a base for the main Palace, Chinatown and the river. The staff are really helpful and efficient. You feel very safe if just arrived, with 24 hr door staff. It has a self catering breakfast with lost of choice. A nice pool makes it good for kids. I recommend it!

Nice hotel but not supportive customer policies

The hotel is modern and nice itself. Breakfast buffet is also good. However, I didn’t like the lack of understanding and support from their staff. They didn’t allow me to keep my luggage and pick it up the next day in the morning. I understood their policies but I please asked them to keep my big luggage paying a storage fee because I was going to travel to Pattaya in small van and there will not be enough space. They did not understand me and help me with this special request. I also had another problem when I asked a special confirmation letter.
