Your front desk employee Daniel is not a customer service oriented person. Our phone was not plugged in and I thought it was broken so I rushed downstairs to get him to order our breakfast. He basically told me to go order at the restaurant. I was in a jacket and my pajamas in a big hurry. We were short on time. The brochure in the room said food service was 505 but that was wrong too. The outlets were not all working and we really needed them. The restaurant had good food but limited and we ordered eggs and bacon but got the two mixed together instead of separately plus foods we did not order. There was not tea in the restaurant.
