Fantástica localización.

Nos ha encantado todo. El hotel tiene dos años. Así que todo está muy nuevo. Nosotros nos cogimos la habitación del entresuelo, y la verdad que es suficiente. Dado que la hemos utilizado para dormir y poco más. Aún así tenía unas muy buenas condiciones. Tenía muchas cositas que ya no te dan en ningún hotel. El desayuno es tipo buffet, es variado y tienes unas vistas a la Mesquita azul increibles. Por fin, aunque todo el staff fue super amable, Nasir, creo que era su nombre fue una persona muy amable. Gracias Nasir.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The location was fantastic! We did get a suite w a beautiful view that made it wonderful. The breakfast was also amazing! But most importantly, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL in their communication, friendliness & helpfulness! By the end of my trip, they felt like family. I will definitely stay here next time I visit & encourage all my friends & family to do the same.

Great Weekend Getaway Stay

I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s in a great location but the standout is the staff. We arrived very early after a long trip from Australia via Singapore. Not only did they give us a complimentary coffee and breakfast, but bent over backwards to check us in early. And it’s great value for mi ey as well.

20時以降に到着。先客の受付中で、その間はチャイティーを振る舞っていただきました。部屋は、「G」の階、「ガーデンがある階」の意かと思いますが、地下階です。それでも設備は揃っていて何ら不自由はなかったです。地下階のせいか水回りの音が夜中〜朝方でも聞こえるので、気になる人は上の階が良いかも。スタッフは少人数ながらも総じてフレンドリーで、勤勉な印象を持ちました。トルコ人の知人に聞くと、この界隈では新しいとのこと。チェックアウト時には贈り物をいただきました。次回も泊まると言ったからかどうかはわかりません。

This is probably one of the best hotels for a family. we only had to stay one night, but when we do eventually come back to Istanbul, we will stay here. The blue mosque, Sofia hagia, and other attractions are within a 10 minute walk. We booked the family room for 5 people, the rooms were spacious, well equipped and the mini bar has excellent drinks (for free). The. Breakfast was amazing too. Overall, one of the best stays we've had.

PROS:The hotel was built two years ago so its in excellent conditions and very cute and modern. The restaurant terrace and rooftop offer gorgeous view of the Blue Mosque and the Sea .Sunset tea with those views is a must.The breeze in the evening offers relief from the scorching heat in the day . The entire staff was amazingly sweet and helpful.Majority of them spoke only turkish but their kindness and hospitality spoke for themself , so it was not a problem. Hotel is super central, steps away from tram station, all major attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was really good and convenient to have in the Hotel as well, so we could start our day really early. Our room was specious, we had daily room service and we LOVED the amazing shower that felt like a SPA. They offer pick up and drop off from airport. CONS: We booked a 5 nights flight package though Expedia and this was my 50th Birthday trip. When we arrived at 10.30 at night, they gave us the keys to a room that was on the underground level with a tiny window almost to the cealing that opened on the sidewalk and I could not bare to spend my 5 nights in such space so I had to pay another $230 to upgrade to another one in the garden with yet a fake window that would open to a wall.We made the best of it because inside the room was nice but the location was not good at all. SO if you book through Expedia be aware of that. my total trip cost me $1550. for the two of us ( we flew from Rome and back).

We stayed three nights and it was an amazing experience staying here. I highly recommend this place. Excellent location two min walk to the Blue mosque. Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. It is a newly renovated building so rooms condition is excellent, facilities are modern. The staff offered complementary hand made cold drinks(sharbat) and tea every time we came back after sight seeing. We loved the hospitality.

Ich habe das Hotel nach einer Geschäftsreise für 4 Nächte gebucht. Wirklich alles top! Lage des Hotels bestens! Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im Basement war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten modernen Zustand. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die blaue Moschee. Es gab beim Abschied sogar ein kleines Geschenk. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen bei meinem nächsten Besuch!

Excellent customer service

A very well run Hotel located close to the Blue Mosque. Our room was well equipped with functional bathroom, frige and comfortable bed. A kettle was provided along with complementary tea, coffee, fruit juices and Breakfast had a good selection of choices served in the hotel dining room overlooking the Blue Mosque. We found all staff to be booth helpful and professional especially on the front of house, where they were always happy to help with any queries we had. Une excellente adresse dans le centre historique

Séjour en tous points extrêmement satisfaisant. Situation excellente dans le vieux Istanbul, propreté irréprochable, petit-déjeuner compris de qualité (spectaculaire sur le rooftop avec lever de soleil derrière la Mosquée Bleue), personnel d'une amabilité et d'une honnêteté rares (j'avais oublié des documents et des devises dans le coffre, ils m'ont été restitués intégralement et rapidement). Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

This is a charming hotel in a great location. The staff were superb and very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I get to Istanbul. However, I had a "garden view" room, and next time I will opt for something a little higher up.
