"I had an incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking view—it was truly unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming at every turn. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or even the security guard, everyone went out of their way to greet me with a smile and show genuine respect. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. I can't wait to come back!"

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Ju at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Was able to book tours directly at the hotel, which included pickup/drop off from hotel to the pier. Loved the daily breakfast buffet. Room was great, had the sea view which was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Infinity pool and restaurant were great too. Enjoyed the live reggae band. Only a short tricycle ride to town. Cons: TV was not working, took a long time to get hot water in shower, floors were warped, hot in the lobby. Overall, had a great stay. Would recommend.

Excellent location near El Nido with dreamy sea views from the infinity pool and bar/restaurant. Good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly, though slightly disorganised at times. Don't go on the tours arranged by the hotel as over priced and bottom end quality. We also had to wait a while for our room on arrival which then wasn't really ready for us as the floor was still wet. Complex room electrics which only partially worked, possibly after a recent storm. Overall we do recommend the Lime Resort, mostly for the location near town with stunning views.

The service at the hotel is great, very friendly staff. Food is mediocre for a European. The main issue is that the hotel is very moldy, especially on the side facing the tropical forest. This is a problem in these islands are very humid. Our room was covered in mold, the AC, walls, the bathroom, towels etc. We got to change room to the other side, which was much better! They should not rent out the rooms facing the forest.

L’hôtel est très bien, avec une vue incroyable mais gros gros problème ! Les chambres sont vraiment très humide, si la clim est coupé il y a de l’eau qui coule des murs et le pire était que nos matelas et couverture avait de la moisissure, nos vêtements étaient humide même dans les valises! C’est dommage pour le prix qu’on paie.

First we had a room that was not cleaned and there where small insects in the bed. We then got transferred to a nice suite..but here we had a rat en our room.. it was coming out of a ventilator hole.. then we got another nice room.. and here the hotel had two men come in and seal some holes, so we would feel safe sleeping there (23:30 pm) but all we wanted was our money back and we wanted to leave and find another hotel.. but that was not something they could help us with.. and btw am I still waiting for them to contact me with a solution for some kind of compensation - we only slept in the hotel, we did not use the pool or any other facilities and we did not eat the breakfast we paid for. - and it’s been a couple of weeks since we stayed at Lime resort (and yes we have videos and pictures of the rooms)

J’ai récemment séjourné au Lime Resort El Nido et je suis très satisfait de mon expérience. L’hôtel offre un cadre moderne et élégant, parfait pour un séjour reposant à El Nido. La chambre était très spacieuse, bien aménagée et d’une propreté impeccable, offrant une vue magnifique qui ajoute vraiment au charme du lieu. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec un large choix de plats sucrés et salés, idéal pour bien commencer la journée. Le personnel était particulièrement aimable et attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre aux demandes avec le sourire, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : une odeur désagréable qui était parfois perceptible, notamment dans l’ascenseur. Cela reste cependant un détail mineur comparé à la qualité globale du séjour. Je recommande vivement le Lime Resort El Nido pour ceux qui recherchent un hébergement confortable avec un excellent service dans un cadre magnifique.

I wasn't expecting the quality of rooms, amenities and staff services to be that great. The staff were so helpful and facilities are modern. I definitely will recommend the hotel to my relatives and friends.

Smell of mold inside the rooms. Even when the Ac is on doesn’t help but make it worst. Also maybe check to see if there is any mold just to be sure. Leaky toilet and sink. Used all the towels given for the wet floors. And again the smell of mold.

Problems with the room. The first room had a lot of humidity and the air conditioner did not work. The floorboards were lifted from the humidity. The room also smelled of mold. The hotel staff took care of it nicely when we mentioned it and we got another room. The hotel is otherwise nice and the pool area is small but has a great view of the sea.

The lime resort blew our expectations. The staff were very welcome and hospitable. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the size of the room. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
