Can you give 0 stars?

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. First room we couldn’t even get in due to somehow being locked from the inside. Second room the toilet wouldn’t flush. Third room the sink faucet barely worked. The bed comforters were stained in all rooms. The floor in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. Yogurt all over the elevator floor. Power kept going off while trying to get ready. Absolutely do not recommend. We skipped breakfast because we were scared of it based on the rooms.

Adequate for a one night stay while traveling. Bedding, plenty of towels and toiletries were very nice. A bit well used but clean. It is a dog friendly property ao there was maybe a bit of dog smell from previous guests. It was affordable and included breakfast.

LaQuinta in Winnie TX Four different Rooms!

First room was dirty and had bugs, the staff gave us a second room which had a broken toilet seat and also dirty room, the third room we were given the carpet was ripped up, and the FOURTH room had hair on the sheets when we pulled the covers back. See pics below for reference.

Not sure I'd stay again for the price

Stayed 2 nights in room 119. Hotel has potential, but needs some work.Trim was missing near tub, exposing moldy area. 2nd night the toilet wouldn't flush. Although not a big deal, TV was only in black and white. Bed was comfortable though.

Wasn’t the cleanest place and didn’t get room cleaned. Lots of dirt noted at baseboards and corners of elevator. Couldn’t find a staff member at 5 am to pay for snacks.

The hotel was fine, the room was fine, and the staff was quick to get me checked in and out. The hotel is located right off I-20 so access to and from was easy. The area around the hotel is run down, but that is all of Winnie, the hotel doesn’t have any control over that.

The room was clean. Friendly staff. Pool and surrounding are was not good. The chairs at the pool were damaged. There were some not so great people hanging around the pool, loud music, propping the door open. Ruined our stay.

Old out dated. No way this is a LaQuinta inn & suites. Business center not working no printer. Clerk did not not know email address so I could print out a worker for the next day. First room I entered the bed was not made, luckily no one was in there. When booked hotels.com said there was only 1 room left. I was the only car in the parking lot. Place felt dirty and the floor smelled of strong Curry. Way over-priced.

Staff was good and helpful. The property is old and it shows rust inside elevator, my room 121 had the restroom cabinets doors all gone, sink was cracked, and some of the trim was coming off the wall. The pool for the hotel is small, it had green on all 4 corners and at some point it had a hot tub that they just filled with concrete instead of fixing it. The chairs are old and none had a umbrella. There's a very small bbq pit falling apart. Also no ice in any of the 3 ice makers they have when I stayed.

Lobby and room was decent. Bathroom smelled like fecal matter when we walked in and we thought there was something in the top of the toilet or something but it went away after my husband poured some hot water down the floor drain. Beds and room was cozy. Room had some small cosmetic issues. Missing towel racks, some of the kick boards fell off with just bumping into it, office chair arm was broken. It sucks a basic hotel is so expensive but it was pretty ok.
