Trailhead was a great place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time there. They’ve done major renovations well and the beds and decor was nicely done. We had a nice fire outside and the breakfast bar was good. It was too cold for us but there was a very nice pool. There are some small things they do need to finish up though. The bathtub appeared to have new caulk over old black or moldy caulk. There was an outlet that was hanging off of the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. Overall though, a good place to stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable and QUIET. Rooms more spacious than you find thee days, Beds were very comfortable! We could tell they were still in the process of updating the rooms. Some cement work started in the morning but not before 9 am, so it was okay with us. Looked like the work was done by 6 pm. One item to note was a slight incline/decline in the flooring on upstairs balcony, near the far stairway door, that should be marked.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The rest of the property appeared well kept as well. I didn’t mind so much paying the amenities fee (even though we didn’t utilize the amenities), but it would have been nice to just have it included in the price instead of added after the fact. Overall, the stay was a decent value for the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book a room here again.

Pleased to have had a hotel very near our training Room was very clean 1. Issues: unlocking door was a frustrating nightmare as you had to attempt entry numerous times every single time we left 2. Bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud. So loud in fact that it caused a massive headache. 3. We couldn’t watch television. We had to unplugg the tv(very hard to reach outlet bc it was behind the flat screen itself) so many times we got irritated and gave up. 4. Toilet paper holder was broke, sideways on wall and unsightly. 5 lights kept flickering with any kind of power surge (ac, hairdryer) 6. Overpriced for what we experienced during our stay. 7. The seal on the fridge was bent and didn’t seal all the way. 8. The breakfast etc. that was included very little was offered. Minimal selection. On a good note beds were comfortable!
