The room was very clean and cute. We loved that it had outdoor gas grills available for cooking and used them. We also like that there was a picnic table available as well as a table inside our room with four stools. There were 4 of us. Not this was perfect for eating meals and playing games.

Nice place. Careful with mobile check in. Mobile service is spotty so make sure you review the check in details before getting there. No staff on site. The TV/Roku didn’t connect to entertainment apps. Usually not an issue when outdoors but the weather wasn’t playing along and we stayed inside a bit more than intended.

Lovely setting of the individual cabins in the great outdoors; wonderful hot tub; very close to Connie's restaurant for lunch or dinner, breakfast buffet not far away. Also BBQ's if you want to cook for yourself. The room decor was "cute as a bug's ear!!!"

The room is nice, spacious and mostly clean. There was a communication issue where I did not know this is a self-checkin lodge and I didn’t receive the key lock code from Expedia. So, I had to call the property management to get the key. The room is clean except the pillow where we found some hairs. I am not sure if they change the pillow cases? Also, they provided only shower towels but not hand towels. Other than that, I am happy with is lodge.

I stayed in a Single Unit. The location and the room itself were just okay—nothing particularly good or bad. However, although multiple booking websites stated that this room type included a kitchen, I found out after arrival that this information was false. When I contacted the management, they responded that I was the first person to ask about this this year, implying that it was my fault for trusting the website information. Because I believed the listing and prepared food accordingly, I had to throw everything away. This turned what should have been a normal stay into a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Nice cabin on the way to Yellowstone

The cabin was great for our family- super clean and nice. We stopped here on our way to Yellowstone the next morning. Fridge even had a little freezer so we were able to freeze water in ziploc bags for our cooler the next day.

This area is still under construction but boy is it going to be nice. The preserve was a great place to stay I was so comfortable slept like a baby!! Loved it!!
