Clean Room! No elevator Check in staff was very accommodating, whereas check out staff was not. Reception is not always staffed, which is fine. Upon confirming with staff the day before that someone would be available for checkout and taxi the next morning, the desk was closed. Breakfast is basic but ok

Property has no lifts which is fine but the whole stair case rattles so much to the point all rooms hear the stomps and creaking. Floors in rooms creak too significantly. Bathroom had a very weird smell. NO AC which means gets warm however fan is provided. Other than that the property was okay. Breakfast location was very nice and well designed.

This hotel was barely a two star hotel. The night staff (who only talks through a microphone and you never see them) is extremely rude and not helpful at all. The older lady at the front desk is not much better. Very stern and inflexible. We were in the third floor, no elevator, and no AC in the room. Do not recommend.

Comfortable and clean

The twin room is very small. Looks bigger in the pictures. We were travelling with large suitcases and there is no room to put them anywhere. The format of the room is a little strange. The bathroom door entrance is right between the single beds. It is none the less comfortable, warm and clean. It is very well located to public transport and to Old Town - all walking distance. We were travelling in winter time.

Just skip this place. The sheets were shabby, the hair dryer didn’t work, the shower drained so slowly that you’re standing in ankle deep water, and the every movement of every other guest can be heard.

Didn't know our room 401 was actually on the 3rd floor. Carried luggage up and back down the steps to the reception area when we couldn't find our room on the 4th floor. ( we thought maybe there was another wing to this hotel) Wish we would have been told this at check in as we were hot and tired from travel.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. She showed me around the hotel and gave me some recommendations for things to do in the area which I appreciated, but unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The room was very dark, even with all the lights on, and there is a ton of noise. You can hear people outside hotel even when it is late. The wifi also did not work very well. But worst of all was the beds. The mattresses were rock hard. I was sore in the morning from sleeping on them. The area is also not great either. I am a solo female traveller and did not feel 100% safe walking back to the hotel on my own. I ended up checking out early staying at a different hotel. This place was awful.

The wall adjacent to this HORRIBLE hotel is under construction from 8 AM - 6 PM. The linens (sheets and towels) smell like fish, and there are mice in the walls. I checked out after the first night. The hotel owner is a thief. He would not refund me, despite the poor condition of this HORRIBLE, INACCESSIBLE hotel. I lost $1,000. BEWARE!!

Pros: cute hotel, good breakfast, close-ish to old town, fit our family of 3 (1 queen, 2 twins). Cons: no air conditioning (had to go buy electric fans because it was unusually hot and I’m a 50 year old woman. Also no elevator and had to walk up 5 flights. Did not like the area we were in - it was a little seedy. For us, the cons really outweighed the pros. But it may not bother others.

역에서 약 5분거리. 오래된 건물이고 엘리베이터 앖습니다. 호텔방 화장실과 샤워실은 오래된것치고 깨끗힙니디. 침구류도 더럽지는 않지만 쾌적힌 느낌응 아니예요. 그렇지만 하루이틀 묵기에는 적당합니다. 에어컨이 없어서 한여름에는 더울 수 있을긋 같습니다. 냉장고도 없습니다.
