The place was awful. The pictures online are very deceiving. We knew it was a cheaper hotel but was not expecting how bad it was. The property had water leaking from the ceiling that we had to dodge trying to get to our room. The room was disgustingly dirty. The air was not on when we arrived and would barely work. We tried to take showers to get ready to go out and there were roaches running out of the bathtub and the shower curtain. We got ready as quick as we could and was there for about an hour before we just went and checked back out because it was so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable to even touch stuff let along sleep there.

They have a policy to photocopy your credit card. Ive stayed at hundreds of hotels and never had anyone photocopy my credit card. When i asked about it, the clerk said i can ask for the copies when i check out. I did ask for it and the other clerk refused to give it to me. Stating its there policy and i "have nothing to worry about." I disagree. Now ive got to get a new card when i get home.

In process of renovation, not bad for a short stay

Great for a short stay. Looks like the place is under renovation. The room had recieved a facelift and the bed and linens are very nice. Room has fridge and tv. Issues were the shower handle wasn't fully working so getting hot water required jiggling the handle a bit. The big issue is that they have no service, so we only had 1 towel per person in the room, no hand or face towels. Went to front desk and they told me they didn't have any more towels available. So overall, the location is great,, rooms are big and beds are comfy. Clearly in process of doing Reno's so I won't be too harsh. I come back often enough to Orlando, I'll provide an update next time I stay

The front desk security guard clerk was awesome and got me checked in fast and quick. The property is under going room renovations, but that didnt affect my travel at all, will be coming back nexr time i visit

Staff at check in and check out was very good. Rooms were clean, property not so much. bathroom fan sounded like an airplane and there was no hot water, ever.

Roaches beware and good luck getting a refund

Roaches. Beds were stained. Went in to ask for a refund and they said the manager was not in and asked to take my contact imformation so they could call me later. Want to know what happened? You guessed it! Never got a call back!
