Prior check-in was clunky and hard to do while on the road with an iphone. No one is at the check-out counter so it necessitated a bunch of phone calls to get checked in. Everything else was fine. A clean, well-maintained, cozy place. Our room was on the Lake Erie end with a balcony and the views and sounds of the lake were spectacular. Parking is limited.

Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!

While the unit was basically clean the mattress is like a sack of cotton balls. Not very comfortable. The floor is lifting at the door entrance and can be a tripping hazard. The outlet in the bathroom vanity has the electrical box coming out of the wall because it's not attached. And the outside of the property is overgrown with grass and weeds. Private beach area is filthy.

The Lake Breeze Cottage was sufficient for us, especially for an abbreviated stay. A queen sized bed was stuffed into each very small bedroom, so maneuverability around the bed was a challenge. But, it’s a bedroom & it served its purpose. The enclosed porch, with 2 chairs, provided a wonderful view of the lake. And the “beach” is literally just a short walk away. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a 2 burner hot plate. Parking is adequate.

The rooms served their purpose. Beds/bedding were nice, bathroom somewhat update. Definitely not the cleanest, wiped spilled water off the floor and it was filthy. Disappointed that the sliding screen door would not lock, nor had any curtain or blinds. So anyone could see in across entire living room area where bedroom doors all are. It did have a stick to lay inside frame and prevent opening. Noticed at 4pm Saturday that we would run out of toilet paper. Texted them and was told it would have to wait until Sunday. Had to locate a store and buy our own. Enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the lake water lapping the shore.

The worst stay of my entire life. Just walking to the “junior suite” (which is actually a roadside motel), we had to walk past piles of trash. Once we got into the room, it was filthy and smelled of mold. Dead bugs were everywhere. We lasted about 30 minutes and then found another hotel

It was NOT worth the money. One bed had a HORRIBLE mattress. It seemed to be broken across a line where the pillows lie. Floors are uneven, as was the porch floor, causing several trips and near falls. Would have been nice to have at least a broom to sweep up sand. There isn't a staff person anywhere. We had 1 roll of TP and had to run to the store. There were spiders and webs EVERYWHERE!

We were expecting a nice place to stay because of the price for the weekend. However, when we walked in there were bugs all over the mattresses and comforters. There were bugs on the floors, walls, and couch. There were bugs crawling on the floor. The place was not clean like expected. The parking situation was also weird. The parking spots were assigned by cottage and there was no spot for our cottage.
