Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk

There was no AC, was sweating all night. There was a roach in my bathroom. They didn't provide enough toilet paper. And only left us 2 towels for 4 people

As caso alas reseñas yo las vi y dije bueno a lo mejor no es tan malo pero pase el peor día ni siquiera use el hotel desde que entre nos pidieron permiso teníamos hambre y estaban en la habitación arreglando la cortina no podíamos irnos a comer se retiró el olor a marihuana era intenso se ve todo ala secundaria oh prepa que está afuera y al final del día que regresamos solo queríamos estar un momento en la Pisina de agua sucia y grasosa mi esposo estaba lejos pero fui a resección a preguntar si podía venir y estar un momento en lo que nos metíamos ala Pisina la chica guerita muy amable dijo que si que no había ningun problema al llegar mi esposo pase ala recepción por toallas y la persona que estaba una señora morena de más de 40 años me empezó a tratar como delincuente y me pregunto que cuántas personas había en la habitación le dije dos y yo empezó a subirme la voz diciendo que entonces tenía que pagar una extra porque era para 4 personas y le dije no nos vamos a quedar y mi esposo y mi hija solo vienen a recogerme queríamos meternos 5 min ala piscina y me dijo la de recepción que no había problema pero ella no le escuchaba solo gritaba y quería que yo pagara una persona extra obviamente eso me hizo sentir muy mal porque ni usé la habitación que estaba sucia solo deje mis maletas y los 5 minutos que ir quise usar su Pisina me trato como delincuente no lo recomiendo para nada que te arruinen tu día así muy mal no hay nada cerca 0 de calificación
