It’s a old villa but clean. Breakfast was ok. The service was bad. We had to wait long for the buggy pick up while the hotel itself is not really that big, I think it’s because there was only 1 driver. The staff were quite impatient, very rude. This is the second hotel we stayed during our trip; we chose both villas; so it’s easy to compare our experiences. We stayed here for 3 nights after Xmas, I don’t recommend this hotel. We only chose it because short of availability during high season.

Spacious, conveniently located near the night market with friendly staff although a bit more attention should be made to the conditions of the bathrooms, specifically the drainage. Grould level bathroom shower drain was extremely clogged and overflowing for the entirety of our stay. Also the lobby area/concierge is severely understaffed and during the check out it was a bit chaotic with check-in and check-out guests were all gagging for attention of poor staff who was single handedly handling the whole situation. I'd stay again but definitely not during the peak season.

All the staff are great and very attentive. It’s great for spending a quiet family vacation. It is a bit far from the popular locations such as VIN wonder and Sun world. No bus access except for 1 that has a schedule 1 hr apart. Making it expensive to travel around because we will need taxi and grab for all rides. Other than that this property is a great place to stay

We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. Nonetheless, it was a relatively good stay where we didn’t have to worry much and the night market was just a street away. We appreciate the shuttle service to/fro the airport and the buggy service around the area. We would consider returning in future.

The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices and selection of eggs was available and there is noodle station! Really enjoyed our 5 nights stays there! Will definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends!

Good but it should have been more clean :) Quite old air conditioner was not enough for us. We called engineer but he said just wait for minutes. I thought that it looked 30 years old. Except for that, everything was great :) Swimming pool was exceptional I think they have best swimming pool in Puquoc.

我們預訂四臥室別墅，最糟的是有廚房但不提供任何廚具，連打電話跟櫃檯索取碗筷，櫃檯回覆只能給予四份（我們四間臥室共入住8位成人），如果要額外的就要收錢！ 第二天開始的房務清潔都沒有認真補充毛巾等備品，每天都有缺各種譬如毛巾。地板很髒，沙發很髒，（餐廳的沙發也很髒），二樓中間的臥室連續四天都沒有熱水，打掃的房務第二天留了一條髒抹布在二樓房間的化妝台上，然後那塊布直到我退房都沒有被拿走（她們到底有多隨便清潔），早餐食物補充很慢，櫃台辦理入住的那一位小哥態度傲慢（要求需要8張房卡被說退房不可以少、14:30入住他刻意提到我們讓你們提早入住…）

정말 마음에 들어요.

너무 좋았어요. 그런데 대가족이 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요. 소수인데 너무 넓은 숙소를 이용해서 1인당 1방을 써도 침대가 남았어요^^ 버기카는 좀 기다려야 했지만 야시장도 데려다 주고 재미있었어요. 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 조식은 종류가 정말 많았는데 크게 혼잡하지 않아서 좋았어요. 소나시 야시장이 가까워서 좋았고 어린이 풀장도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 프라이빗 풀장은 약간 덜 정리된 느낌이라서 나무 이파리나 곤충 사체가 있어서 아이가 개인풀장은 들어가지 않았어요. 그래도 메인풀 가까운 곳으로 배정받아서 메인풀장에서 놀아서 괜찮았어요. 관광 위주로 머물기 위한 숙소로는 비용이 아까울 것 같고 숙소에서 느긋하게 머물려 휴양하기에는 정말 좋을 것 같아요.
