Staff did not speak English well enough. Breakfast room clean and in good condition. However, rest of property us in need of renovation.

First of all there were ladybugs all over the windows and ceilings. This was not just one room when I asked for another room I was taken to about 5 other rooms that all had ladybugs in them. I can’t make this up. Also, all of the rooms that I was shown, including the final one that we actually slept in, all had floor plank swells. The floors were messed up in all of them. The manager told me that they would be doing renovations soon. I am not sure how true that was. I do know we will not being staying at this hotel ever again, if we can help it!!!! They did give me my money back for the other night that we were supposed to stay. I really want my money back for the horrible experience. My wife would not even sleep in the bed. She slept at the desk because she did not feel comfortable sleeping in a bed at a hotel that had bugs in the room. Please send me my money back. Thanks

The stay was actually pretty good. Upon getting home I see 2 charges come through my account and when I called to ask why. I was put on hold for a bit then was told that was the per night fee. Seems like something was changed because why would you not do one transaction for my whole stay. Before you swipe make sure you know how many times they are going to charge your card. If this confusion would not have happened it would have been 5 stars

I had a a last minute trip and this was the only place available so it got the job done. If you planned to stay here though nobody was at the front desk ever. The doors and walls were pretty much destroyed and just had drywall plaster over it and mold in the walls. The wallas and doors are so thing you can literally here everyone around you talking and there tvs there’s little privacy

A little disappointed

The Breakfast food could have been a more variety. Housekeeping Cleaning Staff could have been more pleasant when I asked for some extra clean Towels they only wanted to give me a limit. As for as my room we had some extra visitors BUGS, and a couple of the floor panels was loose and not glued together. The bathroom sink was draining out slowly.

did not eat the breakfast, was very simple items available nothing worth grabbing. air in the room had a very musty smell staff upon check in was not at desk had to wait and was on his personal phone with it on speaker the entire time of our check in.
