The staff at this location is excellent; friendly, professional. The room was nice; plenty of space, bed was comfy, safe in the room, ironing board and iron, clean. The amenities were great; the grandkids enjoyed the pool, there's a gym, and free breakfast was offered, but we had to cut our stay short because one of the grands got sick. The only real issues that i can note are that the shower curtain wouldn't close, so we flooded the bathroom floor quite a bit when we showered, the fridge was uneven and not very cold and i was unable to locate the dial to turn it down, and it would've been nice if we could've opened the window because it was a very nice day. Overall, the grandkids and i give it an 8.5/10.

I I would have given five, but there was no baggage carts and the front desk person wasn’t very friendly. Also, their printer wasn’t working and I couldn’t print cruise passes. The front desk wasn’t overly helpful and resolving that issue. It did get resolved, but it was a struggle.
