3 nights, 4 days, and had 2 rooms on block D Pros: Almost all of the staff was extremely attentive and friendly, besides the front desk ladies who seem to have a attitude towards the people checkin. Attentive dinning area staff, and bartenders. Good restaurant. Good location. Con: the facilities are terribly outdated and falling apart. The bathroom had tile that was come off/broken and was getting molded. The roof had stains all over. Toilet was broken and leaked water. Could not closed the door well since the hinges was broken due to rotted doorframe. The table in the room was rusted. Worse part is that they had a sewage pipe break in-front of our room and did nothing. We had 2 rooms on block D and it was reported to their mantaince staff. The room smelled like sweage every time you flushed the bathroom. Outside of the room terrible like sewage. They kept trying to get is to join their better package of VIP room block. Paid $1.7 k that felt wasted for the terrible conditions.

The 1st room in J area was dirty, smelly and needed some serious refurbishment. When you enter the room, the musty smell lingers and no amount of freshener can help. The linen had bed stains and smells like it hasnt been changed in a while. The toilet has molds.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was superb and always with a smile. The grounds were well kept and the food was good. We had a great experience with Mr George. Very pleasant and accommodating and always with a super smile. We will be planning to go back next year again.

Decent place for the money. The bad. Doesn’t match the Expedia description in that. Many of the amenities dont exist or arent included. Only 1 of the restaurants is included. They dont have pool/billiard tables. The real check in time is 3 not 2. The bar only had miller highlife which is fine. The drink selection was limited. The transportation shuttle is a joke. They will only go to 1 of 2 ferrys to La Ceiba. And you have to tell them 2 days prior. The good. The beach is un real the sand and water are 10/10. The pool is also good. With lots of chairs. The food is about what you expect at a buffet. Still enjoyed the food. The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily. The staff was all very helpful and professional. I would maybe go again. For the price its a good deal.

Todo es excelente quedamos encantados mi esposo y yo ! con el personal, la playa la comida las bebidas, los cuartos, las actividades nocturnas y Roatán experiencia ( creo así se llama la agencia de tours ubicados en en el hotel ) el mejor servicio! No le doy las 5 estrellas porque nos quedamos 1 semana en el hotel y creo que les hace falta un cuarto de lavado para la ropa sucia! Pero de lo demás es FANTÁSTICO !

Contacting the hotel is a nightmare. They have 6-8 numbers, of which none are answered. You call the 4-star sister hotel, and it's as bad as this one. Setting up the transfer at the last minute is a nightmare; they'll never answer the phones or messages, and the transfers are overcharged. You are better off setting up a transfer from a local taxi service. Restaurant amenities are limited, and forget about having all-inclusive drinks included! Like, what's the point of the all-inclusive? One restaurant, bar with little to no local beverages, but they'll sell them to you, which is insane, ridiculous. The food is average, and most staff members are welcoming and nice.

The property was OK. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel- this isn’t for you. The reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. You get a piece of paper with information, 1 key card per room, beach towel card, and a tv remote control. You are expected to return all when you check out. The bed was comfortable, room simple, and bathroom beyond outdated. But- we had hot water, clean sheets, and air conditioning. The property is outdated and in need of being remodeled. The staff does a good job cleaning and trying to upkeep. The food was good- only 1 restaurant, a snack bar (just had nachos) and multiple bars. The beach is gorgeous and the location is perfect! Also, the entertaining team tries their hardest to make your stay fun. Just wish they communicated when shows and events were occurring. Overall- it’s a 2.5 mayyybe 3 star hotel out of 5.
