Our stay was nice, there are a few areas that could use some improvements. During check in, we got our room card, we weren’t told the WiFi password was on a separate piece of paper inside the card holder, we had to call the front desk to get as for it. Little things that make a difference. I wasn’t told the ice machines were only on odd number floors, also would have been nice to be told that as I was on the 4th floor and looked al over for it, little details again. We were given a late check out which I appreciate, until 12, however when my daughter when back up to the room at 10:30, the room was already stripped of the bedding, all towels were gone, even the shower curtain. My daughter was able to speak with the cleaning manager who happened to walk by letting her know we were still checked in. Her explanation was the cleaning crew wasn’t told because they only speak Spanish, even so check out is 11:00 so that was an excuse. I was able to get towels so we could at least wash the sand off and put on our dry clothes for the drive home. That was more than in the details and if someone hotel management should try to rectify. The cleaning crew should not be coming to rooms prior to check out at all unless notified by management whether they speak Spanish or not.
