Not all jets worked in hot tub..breakfast sucked ..they need better options.. Beds were comfy..

At checkin we were met with a fairly rude individual where I felt like my presence was interfering with his night. We then proceeded to go swimming only to find the hot tub coated in dark green alge. The pool was separate and looked good so we decided to swim. Super salt water pool. The clerk hat was mentioned earlier kept coming to the window and watched us for 15 minutes on and off, before entering the pool area to put out towels- that had been empty and told my son specifically no jumping. My son cannonball'd once (only after another family had been doing it 10 or more times, prior) I pointed out the hot tub was just gross and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Btw the next morning the hot tub was blue no longer green. Easter breakfast was no different then another day. No cooked food were offered. I was taking a load out of the room to the car and had 3 employees harasing me for my cards, when I wasnt ready to check out. When I was ready to check out there wasnt anyone at the counter. Will NOT stay here again.

Great staff. The counter staff P.K. was excellent. Great pillows and the cleanest sheets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had planned a ski trip with family and wanted to find a hotel with a pool for the kids. Quality Inn in Redgranite was close and well priced and a pleasant surprise! It looks to be recently updated. The pool was a nice size, the management was very friendly, the beds were comfy and I was happy to see a nice continental breakfast. The hotel was overall clean and seemed well maintained. I woukd definitely stay in the future!

Remind manger to close stairway fire door & key FOB on entrance back door not working & door lock was unlocked during stay . Whirlpool was inoperative . Looks like has been down awhile .

We have family in Mt Morris, we visit about 4 times a year. We usually stay in Wautoma, but both motels there are run down and very dirty. We rented 8 rooms for 16 family members for New Years Eve, and were extremely happy with the accommodations. This motel was extremely clean and updated, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Was 20° outside and the heat was turned OFF in our room. We had to leave and come back in a couple hours to give it time to warm up.

It was very nice. The front desk worker was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well made up. The pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept up. The hot tub was running and it was very clean as well. The continental breakfast was very nice hot pancakes, coffee, juices, muffins, etc..

We loved the pool and hot tub. The water was so warm in the pool and the hot tub was perfect, and the pool area was clean. The roooms where nice and clean. We will definitely come back when we want a little getaway.

We had a wonderful stay quiet clean,could put more than 1 roll of toilet.paper in room,a few bigger garbage cans and put enough towels per all guest The pool and hot tub were clean but hot tub water was cold as the pool they had the heat set very low, disappointed about that!!! But the people we saw and talked to were very nice. We would stay again.

Hotel was clean, affordable, and easy to get in and out of. Great water pressure in shower and one of the best beds I've ever had in a hotel.
