Calling it boutique doesn’t make it so. The house tel is nice but nothing special. Arrived Monday no restaurant. Had to complain because could hear water running, was told it was the water tank filling this had been going on about an hour at 10pm before I complained. Fair play they turned it off when I said. Dinner Tuesday night they tried to charge me for food I hadn’t asked for this was sorted when I refused to pay for it. I think the rooms need sound proofing because on one evening I could hear a few blokes chatting in another room and I was woken up at 2am by a couple talking loudly and then making other noises. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Perfectly serviceable hotel - was only here for one night - but quite a distance from the bars and restaurants of Cheltenham. It was quite clean and rooms are ok but the self check in is very impersonal and I didn’t see any staff while I was there - but did not need them

Was a bit worried about the contactless process but it worked super well actually and allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Bed was comfy and our daughter slept very well in the cot provided. The only things I would maybe say on the negative front was that the shower could have been better but it did the job!
