The stay was ok. The staff at night was very kind. This morning there was one cinnamon roll left at 7:30, one bagel, no cream cheese, biscuits were hard as a rock, there were no eggs or sausage. The creamer was out, there was no yogurt and hardly any milk. There was a brown mark on the toilet but the beds were clean. Definitely wouldn’t come back unfortunately

Easy on and off I80, clean and quiet.

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been clean and quiet. Perfect for a stopover. The staff doesn’t really interact with you - in my case even if you say “good morning”. Odd. Anyway, the breakfast is always good with plenty of choices and plenty of coffee. Well stay again.

I think the hotels vacuum and mop were broken. The hallways were dirty, we found chips under our bed. When showering the water dribbled out of the shower head. For the free breakfast “well let’s just say there was no breakfast” they were supposed to serve from 6-10am, my daughter and I went down at 8:30 and there was nothing left except cinnamon rolls and toast. And there was quite the line of guest waiting for the buffet to be refilled.

Lots of issues

The staff was friendly enough and check in was simple. When we went to check out the swimming pool our key would not work. Once we got in, we noticed that the pool itself was very dirty. Then we went to check out the fitness room and our key would not work. Staff said they were having issues with the keys. Later I went to get ice and was told that the only ice machines that worked were on the 3rd and 4th floors because they were having 'issues'. There was only one small trash can in the room, which was in the bathroom. Breakfast was minimal and we had to wait in a long line to get anything. The rooms were not well stocked with Kleenex, toilet paper it towels. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Disappointing

Overall not a great experience. Obviously you get what you pay for at every hotel / motel but for how much ‘nicer’ this one was compared to others I thought it would have more accommodations. I called several hours early to ask if the staff had a bassinet or a crib and I was informed that they would. Come to find out after a series of phone calls, waiting at the front desk and running around the hotel they actually didn’t have anything that our baby could sleep in. So nobody slept including our baby that night. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to make other arrangements but all I know is that I won’t be staying here again.

The pool was super cold. The breakfast was alright but mediocre at best. They ran out of Coffee during breakfast service. The room was fine but I did not like being placed in an adjoining room. My neighbors were rude.

Pleasant experience for the most part

The stay was good. However there were several groups there all at once. We were there for a roller derby tournament, then there was a wrestling tournament, and a basketball tournament attendees were all there. It was very busy and chaotic at times. A lot of kids around and parents not making them be quiet and respectful to other guests. I had a lady call me and ask me if my children were jumping. I didn’t have “children” there. It was 10pm on a Saturday night. I understand quiet time, but to expect no noise was unrealistic. Also, there is only 1 very small trash can in the bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t come and empty the trash and so we had overflowing trash can. Just because you only have 1 trash can, doesn’t mean you won’t me throwing anything away.
