Way too many problems for 1 night.
Pet Fee: The pet fee charged at the hotel is $75. This is three times the fee stated in the website.
Dirty Rooms: When we first checked in, at 11:30pm, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. We noticed that at least half the rooms on the floor had “not ready” housekeeping tags on the doors.
Wrong Room: After going back to the lobby to tell them our room was dirty we were given a new room. This room turned out to be a single bed, for a family of four. We went back to the lobby and the clerk told us that the reservation was for a single. I showed him the reservation, clearly for 2 queen beds, and asked why the original dirty room had two beds. No response, only that they were “full” and their system now showed us in a single. He only offered sheets for the pull out bed. The hotel is not “full” half the rooms are dirty 12 hours after checkout.
Terrible Beds: The king bed that 3 of us slept in was ok. The pull out is the worst bed i’ve ever seen.
Dirty Hotel: The whole place seems dirty. On our many trips to the lobby to resolve these issues we noticed gummy bears on the floors and in the light fixtures.
Broken Door: The room we were given has a broken door literally hanging on a hinge. The upper hinge is broken causing the door to hang crooked. This makes the door difficult to open and close and leaves a gap when closed. I can easily look through the gap from the outside and into the room at any time.
