Great stay for Broadway shows

Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.

On 24th floor (room 2405), room and bathroom were clean, decent size and renovated fairly recently, comfortable bed, nice view, AC worked well, good water pressure, all Kitchen applinaces worked, desk space, decent internet, location good. The only problem was the elevator. Of the two elevators one was not working, so we often hat to wait 5 - 10 min. for the elevator to arrive. There is a safe in the room, but it is not fixed to the wall.

Estadia foi tranquila, apesar de apenas um elevador durante dois dias, depois foi resolvido. Café, chá, chocolate, água quente e fria, chá gelado ficam a disposição dos hóspedes. Quarto com uma mini cozinha muito útil facilita muito na acomodação e economia. Janelas anti ruido fundamental para um justo descanso. Dorme se muito bem. Cama e travesseiros macios e confortáveis e tbm fundamental próximo a estação de ônibus e metrô. Ótima localização. Várias opções de alimentação e mercadinhos próximos.Voltaríamos e jndicariamos. Nossa primeira vez nesse hotel.

It was a very convenient location, very close by the Lincoln tunnel. Very easy to get to, park, and let the valet take care of the rest. Hotel was very clean, only complaint was with 32 floors there was only 1 of the 2 elevators working. However they were working to fix it so if you just planned an extra couple minutes to get up/down, it didn't affect you much. I would 100% stay here again.

The lock to my room had to be rekeyed before I could get in and thankfully, the engineer came quickly to do that, but only one working elevator made it take longer because the wait for the elevator was often 10+ minutes. Also, the day I checked out, the elevator was constantly full when I finally came to my floor, so I walked 13 floors lugging my bags and then the clerk was not at the hotel and I had to wait again. It took me 30 minutes to check out of the hotel.

upset about the lack of proper elevator

They have 16 people elevator for 192 suites in each suite could be average of two people plus staying There is no room service Towel service on request is not being fulfilled You have to go standby the reception so they can bring your towels to you No trash pick up service Air condition system is old very noisy For laundry, they sell you order a gallon of detergent for $12. You have to throw away 90% of it. Sink was backing up and the restroom Front Desk, they said they cannot do anything about all these problems

This hotel is a rip off. It tired and not clean. They rip you off with a resort fee and smirk when you question what it is for. The elevator didn’t work. They don’t clean rooms. Avoid it!

Room was clean and had more than what we needed. AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but it was fixed immediately. There were issues with the elevator so ended up taking the stairs once but otherwise just had to wait for it. Location was perfect, walking distance from train station, food, shopping and theatre.
