One of our worse stays

Check in was okay. Got to the hotel and they couldn't put us in the room we booked due to maintenance so they put us in two separate rooms, which sucked since we share our luggage and such. The lady checking us in was super nice though. My room was horrible. The bathroom was not up to par with the light not covered and a bug came out of it. The room looked redone but it's clear that it was not the best workmanship.

Not bad, not great

It was fine as far as airport hotels go. I’ve certainly had way worse. However the vinyl flooring in the hallways was an awful choice. Could hear every step and everything echoed. Could also not get consistent water temperature in the shower, would go from scalding hot to ice cold. I liked that the airport shuttle runs 24/7 and the person running the check in counter was very nice and friendly even though it was 1am.

Hostel Vibes

We arrived around midnight and were greeted by the front desk worker. She was friendly but not forthcoming with the knowledge that the elevator needed BOTH buttons pressed in order to operate. We pressed the up button several times and finally gave up on it and used the stairs. Every single vending machine on all 3 floors were out of order and when I asked the front desk about it I was told the vendor had to come fix them. They were never fixed in the 4 days I was there. The carpets were sticky and the floors underneath were uneven and very creaky/loud. The room has a damp musty smell to it. Housekeeping put towels in my room while I was in the bathroom, even though I had my Do not Disturb door hanger on the door. This was unsettling to me. The shower temperature would fluctuate from very hot to chilly constantly during my showers.They use what I'm positive is Fabuloso to clean the rooms, and it is an overwhelming smell. The cards on the mirrors say "hospital grade disenfectant is used on all major touch spots" but I have a feeling that isn't true. The windows open only 3 inches so it isn't effective to air out the room. The continental breakfast is a joke. yogurt (peach or strawberry) mini bagels, white or wheat bread, muffins, fresh waffles (only thing worth eating there) oatmeal packets, dry cereal or apples/oranges...mediocre at best! the toaster takes legit 5 minutes to toast the bread and it only does ONE SIDE. ridiculous!! spend a bit more and go anywhere else!

Big City Airport Hotel

Good hotel close to airport and lightrail station to downtown Seattle. Was a typical Quality Inn and what you'd expect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service and drivers were excellent and very helpful with luggage. Breakfast could have been better with more selections. Room was as expected but clean and comfortable. It did need some plumbing work for tub and sink. Overall it was a nice hotel, convenient with a good location.

Great staff

The staff was great and always helpful. The 24-hour shuttle was prompt and on time. The hotel is older, but clean and well-kept. We returned to the hotel after a cruise, and our flight was canceled. They checked us in early and were super helpful. I will stay there again.

The front desk staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is pretty run-down, but it's conveniently close to the airport. When I arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. Tried calling for 40 minutes and waited another 45 for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up to head to the hotel. The continental breakfast was just okay.

Good stay

The stay was pleasant. Easy to check in, someone was always available. Getting to the airport was easy as well, they provided a shuttle service and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel even after we checked out. The room was clean and fine for what it was. Definitely a good value stay.
