Parking was very easy and the outside looked very clean and maintained. Staff was very friendly. Our room had stuff smeared on the walls and some of our towels smelled very stale. They had to pull on site but there’s nowhere to sit your stuff at also no lights in the pool so it looks very stagnant as for laundry if you need to get some done, you must bring your own quarters they do not offer any at the desk and you also have to purchase your own laundry soap offsite so if you didn’t bring any out of luck.

Agreed to cancel 1 night on both rooms they did on one and cancelled the entire room on our second room. We still have not gotten our refund that was agreed on on the 1 night we did not stay and cancelled before our cancel deadline to get a full refund. got to breakfast at 8:00 all the food was gone, one room the air condition made a clanging noise all night could not sleep

Didn’t feel safe while staying here. Lots of chaos in the halls and loudness from nearby rooms. Several moments woke to smell of Mari J billowing into room. Front desk clerk had near zero control over the chaos.

The lights in the bathroom were in need of replacing. Also, the light out near the TV wasn’t working. The towels are very poor quality. No Kleenex, really? Have never stayed in a room that had no tissues. Also, the walls are paper thin and the people next-door were quite loud. Made for a poor sleep night. The faucet in the shower was dripping extremely. Had to put a cup under it so it didn’t flood the floor.

Absolutely terrible. Room sheets were dirty, shower wasn’t draining, dry wall was cracking, couldn’t get a hold of the manager for anything. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.
