En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes.

O hotel em si tem uma mega estrutura e os quartos são ótimos. A cama, nem se fala. O atendimento é muito bom, a maioria dos funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos, alguns acho que faltavam um pouco de pró atividade às vezes. Entendo que a oferta de comida é muito exagerada e não pode se dizer que jogar toda aquela comida que sobra fora é sustentável, mas entendo que é um mal dos resorts all incluive, não uma exclusividade do Majestic. Poderia ser pensado algo a respeito. Um ponto que não é culpa do hotel, mas talvez pudesse haver uma ação do mesmo. Acúmulo de algas na praia nesta época. Sei que é impossível limpar toda a praia, é enxugar gelo, mas talvez uma pequena faixa logo em frente ao hotel poderia ser feito um esforço. De maneira geral, voltaria com certeza, em outra época ( sem algas ), porque a localização é perfeita e deu pra ter um bom descanso.

This is just what we were looking for. It’s our 2nd time at the hotel and I would definitely recommend it. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, rest and eat well, this is it.

Upon arrival check in took 30 minutes despite doing the pre check in. Room not ready on time. Butler supposed to give us a tour, never did. Never actually heard from the butler after being told our room wasn’t ready and he wasn’t sure when it would be. Screwed up our drink orders more than half the time. And then just never returned with the correct drinks. Only half the drinks were drinkable. Ordering even from the same bar/bartender resulted in either a delicious margarita or one that tasted like dirty water. No consistency. Woken up at 1 am by maintenance to see if we were the room that needed them. (Was our friends 2 doors down that their bathroom flooded 2 nights in a row). 40+ minute wait at restaurants that didn’t require reservation. Food- mediocre at best. Everything was very over cooked and dry. Good majority of food wasn’t labeled or clearly mislabeled. For example muscles labeled as broccoli with no broccoli anywhere near. When it came time for the bell boy to take our bags for departure he took 2 but left 2 in the room. What sense does that even make? Housekeeping did a good job. Beach was nice. Entertainment lacking.

Overall a decent resort with a lot of beach things to do. Entertainments seemed to have fewer options than prior trip but new theater set up was nice. Room was booked with Hotels.com (Expedia) and got the end room on the building overlooking a construction site. Also, the in room Jacuzzi only had one faucet that worked. However, it was quickly fixed. Buffet food variety and quality seemed less in both factors. Dinners had a cycling feature, Mexican one night, Dominican the next, etc. Few varieties of non-featured foods. Quality was fairly poor on some offerings, on those nights I ate at one of the resort's restaurants. I originally had booked a stay for a following month that canceled and rescheduled for this one. On that one I was charged two deposits but only one charge refunded when it was canceled and rescheduled. Neither Hotels.com nor Majestic admit they processed the charge. Ongoing dispute through credit card company. The Majestic Elegance is a nice place with friendly helpful staff. Grounds are excellent and the beach is marvelous. But overall, my impression of this trip is that it is overpriced vs other all-inclusive resorts in the Punta Cana/Bavaro area.

The property was very beautiful, well manicured and clean. Restaurants: The restaurants were very good-Japanese teppanyaki was excellent the gentleman we had put on a fantastic show. The regular restaurant (sushi) was incredible and had so many different choices. The Italian restaurant was very good and service was excellent. The Buffets were good and had plenty of choices. Tons of lobster on several days. The Steak House was a let down as our food was not even warm-many other guests complained of the same issue. The Sea & Sea restaurant if nice located right on the beach (what a view)We did not try the French restaurant. The drinks were a bit disappointing because they didn’t make them look fancy with the fruits, etc. I’ve never ordered a Pina Colada anywhere and not have a piece of pineapple on the rim. This was disappointing! Room: We had a Jr. Suite room with a king bed and a jacuzzi with a balcony. The room was huge, modern and very clean. I do feel that the shower could use another shelf for toiletries given the size of the shower. Beach: Absolutely beautiful stretch of beach with crystal clear water and plenty of chairs and palapas. Hotel security guards were always on the resort beach helping to make you feel safe. Entertainment: Nightly Shows were good but the sound system needs improvement. The Show Director (tiny guy) we could not understand a word he said when he spoke. Shopping: There is plenty little gift shops on the property & a pharmacy.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. El personal cuál buenos latinos fueron muy cálidos lo cual nos hizo sentir como en casa. Su gente hace la diferencia!! Lo único que vale remarcar es que esperábamos ver una playa sin sargazo, pero definitivamente es un lugar para regresar.

loved the private beach for adults only. the buffet food was luke warm lots of variety but the temp of the food needed to be better. some of the staff could not speak english.

We thought that the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet choices and thought the food was good. The "specialty" restaurant choices weren't as unique as some resorts we have stayed on. The steakhouse was good. Our main complaint was the absolute insanity of the spring breakers while we were there. We were hoping that they would not have as many there, as it is a bit nicer of of a resort. However, the kids in the room next door screamed, fought and threw things all night long, every night. I suppose it is hard to regulate that but it definitely soured our experience. I would definitely go back to this resort, but NOT during spring break!!
