Bem localizado, silencioso, limpo, organizado, staff muito educado e prestativo, cozinha bem equipada, com utensílios limpos e em boas condições de uso. Único porém é o horário limitado do ar condicionado, que era desligado às 5 da manhã e o quarto feminino ter apenas 1 ventilador.
