Most everything was average. The man at the reception desk was excellent. The TV was small and the fridge did not keep food cold and there was no freezer compartment.

Great place to stay. This hotel had great water pressure for a good refreshness after a long day. Would come back. Clean rooms.

Check in was alright, you cannot go in the lobby, its locked and you have to wait outside and talk through a tiny window. The elevator does not have a permit put up either so that was a little weird. Wouldnt walk around barefoot in your room as the carpets and tile floors are very dirty leaving brand new white socks BLACK. Didnt get the chance to use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. Parking is also very cramped. Overall for the price is was alright. Would i stay here again, no most definitely not. Beds are also very stiff and blankets thin, if you are the type to get cold when you sleep definitely bring extras with you because the ones they provide you with are basically sheets.

The water from sink smelled so bad. It almost smelled rotten. I didn’t even want to use it so used water bottle to brush teeth and wash up. The carpet was so nasty and dirty. Almost felt damp. Bathroom looked clean tho

Hôtel plutôt cool , accueil simpatique et qui c'est renseigné la clientelle .Quartier pas terrible mais établissements avec caméras de sécurité non fumeur impecable . Proche de l'autoroute pour ma part fenêtre face a la route on entend le traffic . Chambre super propre avec frigo , grand lit confortable , douche . Bonne expérience.

These guys are always pretty accommodating. We don’t give people here any trouble so they give us wiggle room when we need it! For two people who are just here on business a couple nights every-other weekend, we appreciate any little graces we can get. They have a strict service animal policy, but since we have a legit service animal and proper papers (plus she is very well behaved) they never mind seeing us coming. I had surgery recently, they swapped my reservation for a downstairs handicap spot no problem. Even as I’m writing this they’re giving me an extra few minutes to secure a reservation for tonight so I figured I’d scratch their back, and give them a good review. Thanks guys.!

The room was nice, service was terrible. 3 different times I asked about a roll away bed and was told the employees gad them. I went there for safety and they were rude. Only 1 housekeeper was nice to me and my kids. Plus as your flipping through tv channels porn just come on and im in a room with kids. Thanks heritage for the hospitality.

Although the exterior of this hotel looked pretty run down at first glance I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms. Bed was very comfortable and a great TV and channel selection. The bathroom also appeared to have been redone and very clean. I did not use RT the pool but saw people in it and again it appeared very clean. The immediate area is not the best but it is convenient to interstate and Sea World
