I would not recommend staying here. All older people and they kept staring at us. I’m 35 and my wife is 32 definitely not my cup of tea. No top shelf alcohol even for a up charge. Toilet was not functioning properly. No face towels we had to wash up with bath mats unfortunately. Televison was outdated and blurry batteries stopped working. Terrible view my balcony was facing a mansion or someone’s home with a gate. Food was good one of the only good things I could say

The beach was beautiful and the waters were crystal clear and blue. The sand was white and soft. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which helped us to relax. The resort grounds were very safe to walk around in and well maintained. The spa massage was so amazing and I wish you would’ve done that as soon as we arrived. I believe it costed $50 US for 25 minutes, we got a couples massage so it was about $100 together. Well, worth it we really loved visiting the other resorts and checking them out and seeing what they were like.

Punta Cana Princess was a great resort. The staff was excellent all around. The beach and views were excellent. Our room had an amazing sunrise view. My only comment was that the buffet food was only ordinary. But the nice thing is that you can have them custom grill eggs and chicken, so nice! The dinners were great, especially the Italian and Swiss Fondue. It would be great to have a good coffee shoppe on the property but at least you can walk to the other Princess resort and get that. You can even bood dinners at other Princess resorts nearby. All in all the room, view, beach, location, and staff were great. Oh, please tip your staff well, they work really hard! The weather was amazing as well. Go, relax and enjoy.

The staff was absolutely amazing but they can’t control the hotel itself. The entire time there was no hot water so all showers were cold. Then we had no water at all in the entire building for half a day. The AC did not work, switched rooms and still no AC. There were very limited food options and most times nothing to eat at all as most restaurants were closed during the day. The upside is you do have access to the sister properties but because you aren’t their priority you are last to be served. The concierge offered a tour to the other property which ended up being a timeshare and we were yelled at and scolded when we said we weren’t interested. I give the resort a 4 and the staff a 10.

I saw good reviews on this resort and decided to try it out. This resort was better than I expected. It was very open and beautiful coming into the lobby. The staff was very friendly. Our concierge was very attentive of our needs. We got our Deluxe Room which was worth it as it brings a Hot Tub and the balcony is spaced out. The food was delicious on all restaurants offered and they did provide a variety but you could also find similarities from the other buffets so you won’t have to walk far. The best thing we did was Parasailing as an excursion and it was all smooth and easy to do. They have members around the complex ready to show you any excursion available and they are worth it. I al loved the animation team! They really gave energetic performances and made you want to always dance even if you didn’t know how!!! They definitely made people feel welcomed and were very happy to make sure our stay was the best possible. Only downside is that I wish the rooms had more outlets or modern plugs for USB’s but it is a traditional style resort with modern touches so maybe it’s part of the style. Will certainly be back with my husband and family.

The resort is in a beautiful area. The beach is pretty nice. Rooms are clean but very old with a lot of problems : leaking AC, flooding toilets, malfunctioning keys, etc. Overall I would give it three stars.

Realmente dudaría bastante envolverme a hospedar en este hotel, principalmente porque la mayoría de meseros y Bartender te atienden con una mala cara y una pésima actitud, estuve hospedado seis días de las cuales tres días no me hicieron el aseo hasta que fui a hacer la mención a una chica de limpieza, hubo veces que los meseros no me prestaban atención y me sentía ignorado por completo. Únicamente como cinco chicos que trabajan ahí me atendieron bien y fueron en todo momento muy amables; Johany, Michael, Yaelmi y no recuerdo el nombre de dos personas más del buffet.

Pluming in the Rooms was very old, and brought a lot of problems, phones and keys didn’t work, had to reconfigure it every day, variety of food very poor, problem with availability of towels in the room and on the beach. This resort was booked for our honeymoon and it was a complete disappointment. The rooms are falling apart. We stayed in a room that had basically no air conditioning and was 23 1/2° and then was moved to another room that was 26°. It was impossible to sleep and impossible to enjoy our honeymoon. The AC would drip into the room and made the wall soft. The shower would flood the bathroom. The door handles were falling off. The phone hardly worked. We paid a lot of money to stay at this resort and will never stay at a princess resort ever again.
