A little rundown for the brand
The hotel seemed a little bit rundown with some confusion on the part of the staff. They tried really hard, but were too inexperienced to come up with their own solutions, though they were pretty friendly when I offered up solutions of my own, and then they were accommodating. Probably a little training on customer service wouldn’t hurt. The property itself could use a little bit of a refresher. There’s things like underneath the hotel door. There’s no transition between the carpets in the room and the carpets in the hallway just a piece of raw flooring throughout the entire second floor. It was OK but we usually stay at Hampton Inn and this one didn’t quite meet up with the others
