After a day of driving and a terrible cold I was looking forward to a hot bath. I looked in shower/tub and found multiple hairs (at least 10 and bathtub film. Clearly it had not been cleaned). I checked sheets next and they seems to be changed properly and decided since it was late I’d just go to bed and let housekeeping know the next am. A bathtub is pretty basic cleaning. The supervisor should have double checked something so easy.

This hotel has poor housekeeping. My room was dirty and it looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the shower hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there were stains from spills around the base and side of the bed on both sides. On the days during my my stay that I wanted my room cleaned it wasn’t. I was only given clean towels, but they didn’t clean my room or even make the bed. There was also on open crawl space in the hallway right outside my door. The attic was open and insulation was showing. Staff seemed friendly, but this hotel is very poorly managed. One other guest I met told me the swimming pool was ice cold.
