It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. After two days, they moved us to another room. Apparently, due to a lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that I'm very friendly, they didn't know bring information.
