Ok for somewhere to sleep

Booked for a 2 night stay to go to futuroscope, beds were comfortable and room size food but the hotel is very tired and looks run down. Bathroom was clean but smelt of bad drains. Breakfast was fine for what we needed but expensive. We were out most of the day so only needed to room to sleep/wash but next time i'd book somewhere else

We just needed somewhere for a quick 1 night stay, it was a lovely dark room and we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant on the premises as well so we didn't have to go out for dinner The staff we're very helpful and were very happy to keep my son's medication in their fridge for us. The only thing it could have done with is tea and coffee making facilities in the room Perfect for what we needed though

Chambre propre et calme. Par contre grande surprise à notre arrivée, nous devions choisir un créneau horaire pour le petit déjeuner, et il restait plus que le 7h30-8h, alors qu'on est arrivé tard avec les enfants. Petit déjeuner largement sous dimensionné par rapport au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel. Idem pour le restaurant le soir, nous n'avons pas pu y aller, complet, c'est une toute petite salle, pas adaptée au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel. Ils servent des pizzas à emporter, mais nous laissent seulement 3 petites tables pour manger dans le lobby, alors que toute la salle du petit déjeuner est vide, un comble !

Suite à notre séjour, de 3 nuits, en ce qui concerne le personnel de l'hôtel rien à redire, ils étaient tous très accueillant et chaleureux. En revanche concernant le ménage celà est à revoir en totalité, Salle de bain mal nettoyer, lavabo compris,le sol pas propre surtout dans le couloir, un paquet de mouchoirs a même été retrouvé dans un coin de lit qui appartenait au ancien occupants, vraiment le personnel de ménage devrait avoir un rappel à l'ordre pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. Mise à part celà le repas était bon, le petit déjeuner également.
