Had major issues with the first room, lady working the front desk was very helpful! Second room was much better although very hot and aiPr didn’t work but she told us before we accepted moving to that room. But bathroom had hair all over the floor but again the lady working the desk went above to help us! We make the trip to Fargo every year and we’ve always stayed without any issues. This time it was just rough!

Rooms did not look as nice as rooms on the site. Credit card machine didn’t work. Breakfast had no protein except the sausage in the biscuit gravy. Had to switch rooms because 1st room smelled like cigarette smoke. Television signal in the room was poor. Most stations would go in and out making it impossible to enjoy. Tub didn’t drain properly. They had signs all over that said the where remodeling but hallways where missing pieces of molding, trim and ceiling tiles through entire building.
